-You can receive 12 treatments automatically after a car accident.

-If you are within 12 weeks after the date of the accident, you only need to provide your claim number and your accident date. 

-If you are over 12 weeks of your date of the accident, contact me with your claim number, the date of accident and your adjuster's full name at least a few business days before your initial appointment.

I will contact your adjuster and ask if you are eligible to get acupuncture treatments.
